About Peter Shaver

With over 10 years of experience as an advisor and 2 years of management experience, Peter brings a holistic approach to Financial Planning with all of his clients. After graduating from Ryerson University with an Honours Degree in Economics and Finance, Peter entered the industry as a Financial Security Advisor helping clients with their Investment and Insurance Plans. Having recently attained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Designation in 2019, Peter has made continuing education an ongoing and important part of his business through the years.

Peter lives in Port Perry with his wife, Steph, and their 3 children, Colby, Blake and Lily. In his spare time you will find Peter hiking at the local forest with his Labrador, at the arena coaching North Durham Warriors hockey, or playing guitar.
